Our Return Policy
At Three Sisters, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may return the unused product(s) within 14 days of the original purchase date for a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, the product(s) must be in their original packaging and in the same condition as when you received them. Please note that custom or personalized orders cannot be returned.

Refunds
Once we receive your return and it has been inspected, we will process your refund or exchange. Please allow up to 5 business days for the refund to be credited to your original method of payment.
Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact our customer service department within 3 days of receiving the product.
